The data recovery process can range from same-day service to up to 4 weeks, depending on the extent of damage, type of drive, and complexity of firmware. On average, most jobs are completed within 3-5 business days.

We provide data recovery services across Australia and internationally. Bookings are handled online, and drives are shipped to and from our lab in Brisbane, Australia.

We operate on a flat-rate pricing system and offer a ‘no data, no fee’ policy in most cases to streamline the process, ensure transparency in charges, and avoid unethical quoting practices. Typically, the majority of our jobs fall into the Category 2 recovery, which is priced at $850. Category 2 recoveries involve drives that necessitate specialized equipment and services beyond what small computer shops or individual technicians can provide.

$160 ex GST per hour. 15 minute minimum and blocks for remote support. 1 hour minimum on site and 15 minute blocks thereafter. For pricing on individual services please contact us.

Once we receive your device at our lab, we will complete the assessment within 2-48 hours, depending on the type of drive and firmware complexity. In most cases, assessments are completed and reported on the same day we receive your device.

Yes, $20M public liability.

The simplest and most efficient method is to use the contact form on our website to send us a message detailing your device and requirements. We will promptly email you a form along with answers to any questions you may have. Once you fill out the form, please send it along with your device to our lab.

Yes, we provide a brand-new destination drive for returning the recovered data to you. Our pricing aligns with market rates for standard devices. If you prefer a specific drive model or capacity, please inform us via email either before or after the job is complete.

Yes, We offer support for the data itself, and depending on its type, we can provide onsite assistance in the Brisbane area to integrate the data back into your systems.
